I spent years studying herbalism the classical way: reading countless books about plant properties, memorising their uses, and experimenting on myself.

Then, in 2010, I went to live for several months in the Peruvian jungle. There, I became friends with Ida, a Shipibo shaman. Every time I asked her, “What is this plant used for?”, she would smile and reply, “Ask it — it will tell you.” That was the moment my relationship with plants took a radical turn. From classical herbalism, I stepped into the world of intuitive herbalism.

With a similar approach, I spent several years in dialogue with the bees. From these deep and often surprising exchanges, my book Bee Wisdom was born.

Plants and bees communicate; let’s learn to listen. This sacred language is ancient, far older than any book, and each of us has the ability to understand it. All it takes is to begin… and then to practise.

Programme Roadmap

This outline is flexible and may be adapted to your wishes and preferences.

Session 1 – Opening the Path

We will begin by laying the foundations of our journey together. I will introduce the three pillars of intuition, then listen to your intentions. We will continue with a breathing exercise, a guided meditation, followed by our first intuitive perception practice. This opening session concludes with a guided shamanic journey, during which you will meet the master plant that will accompany you throughout the programme.

Session 2 – Releasing Self-Limiting Beliefs

In this session, we will explore the impact of self-limiting beliefs on your intuitive power. The structure will be inspired by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach. I will support you in identifying and dissolving one of these beliefs, creating more space for your intuitive abilities to unfold.

Session 3 – The Language of Your Intuition

This session is devoted to discovering your intuitive language or languages—the ones with which you naturally feel most at ease. This will allow us, in the sessions to come, to adapt the practices to your intuitive language and gradually expand your range of perception.

Session 4 – Speaking with Plants

Plants are like books, filled with information. In this session, we will explore the different levels of access to the plant kingdom and the keys that open their doors, through a series of practical exercises.

Session 5 – The fragrant soul of plants

A plant’s fragrance is one of its most precious attributes. Entering in connection with the spirit of plants through essential oils (without opening them!) is a delightful and surprising experience.

Session 6 – Plant Medicine

In this session, we explore the energetic signatures of the different parts of plants (roots, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds…) and their healing powers. Allowing your intuition to guide you in receiving these precious teachings.

Session 7 – The Language of Bees

This session is dedicated to creating a space of dialogue with bees—either directly with a colony you know, or with the collective consciousness of bees on Gaia. I will guide you step by step using the light bridge technique.

Session 8 – Bee Geometry

As you know, bees are master architects. The gateway to this session is sacred geometry. We will enter into communication with the Deva of the bees to explore the geometric wisdom that guides their work.

Session 9 – Constellation

In this session, I will guide you through a systemic constellation practice. You may wish to bring a broader question related to bees and plants in your environment, or explore the unseen dynamics that influence your relationship with the living world.

Session 10 – Intuitive elixir & integration

This session marks a moment of integration and creation. Through a guided ritual, you will be supported in crafting your intuitive elixir—a personal medicine created in relationship with plants and bees. This elixir will accompany you over time, as a living anchor of your path and the transformations experienced throughout the programme.
