Most people study herbalism in books or on courses. I, too, spent years reading about the properties of plants, memorising their uses, and experimenting on myself.
In 2010, I lived for several months in the Peruvian jungle. There, I developed a friendship with Ida, a Shipibo shaman. Whenever I asked her, “What is this plant good for?” she would smile and reply, “Ask her—she will tell you.”

This is when my journey with herbalism took a totally different turn. Plants do communicate; it is up to us to learn how to listen. This sacred language is ancient, far older than any book, and each of us possesses the ability to understand it. The codes of intuitive herbalism are already within you.

Programme Roadmap

This outline is a flexible guide and may be adapted to your wishes and preferences.

Session 1 – Teacher Plant

We’ll begin by grounding the programme in your intentions, our coaching agreements, and the fundamental pillars of Intuitive Herbalism and Bee Communication. I will then guide you through your first intuition practice. We’ll close with a shamanic journey to meet your main Teacher Plant.

Session 2 – Melting the Old Story

Here, we’ll explore what limits your intuitive abilities. I will guide you through a powerful process to identify, understand, and transform these limiting beliefs, establishing a strong foundation from which your intuitive gifts can bloom.

Session 3 – Communication Style

This session is dedicated to discovering the intuitive languages you are most at ease with and those that feel less familiar. This awareness is precious, as it allows you to grow your connection with the natural world through the communication pathways most natural to you.

Session 4 – Plant Language

We begin by developing awareness in the hands and exploring energy through subtle touch. Then, we’ll enter the plant realm, connecting with their essence through a powerful practice using essential oils.

Session 5 – Plant Wisdom

As usual, we’ll open with a warm-up, breathwork, and a guided meditation to slow your brain waves and open your intuitive channels. You’ll then connect with local plants gathered from your surroundings, learning to receive their healing properties directly from the plant itself.

Session 6 – Plant Medicine

In this session, we explore a different way to understand the medicinal qualities of plants. Plant spirits are guides and teachers, each with unique personalities. You will be guided to create a special medicine out of a master plant…

Session 7 – Bee Language

We will connect with the Deva of the Bees, and I will guide you on an inner journey into the heart of the beehive. There, we will explore the specific features of bee communication.

Session 8 – Bee Wisdom

This session opens a unique channel for you to receive personalised guidance from the Bee Deva. You will need a beeswax candle, and I will share a profound healing practice.

Session 9 – Bees & Plants Constellation

This session will reveal the deeper layers of your journey—the profound reason you chose to engage in this programme. I will lead you through a constellation practice, where bees and plants will act as catalysts for a wider purpose to emerge.

Session 10 – Bees & Plants Magic

We’ll review your journey and enter a powerful final practice to anchor all you have cultivated. Together, we’ll also outline a personal path forward, helping you continue deepening your intuitive communication skills and applying them meaningfully in your daily life.
