Each session is tailored to your personal rhythm and intuitive development.
We’ll begin with grounding practices such as guided meditation or breathwork to activate alpha and theta brainwaves—gently opening the heart and mind to intuitive awareness.

Programme Roadmap

This is the programme outline, giving you an overview of our journey together. Please note that it may be adjusted to support the natural evolution of the programme.

Week 1 – Opening the Path

We begin by co-creating a supportive container and establishing our shared agreements. I will introduce the programme’s three core pillars, and you will have the opportunity to share your personal intentions. We’ll then move into breath practice, a guided meditation, and your first Intuitive Vision exercise. We will end with a guided journey that offers a personalised reflection of your inner space and strengthens your visualisation skills.

Week 2 – Releasing Old Stories

After warming up with breathwork and connecting with the auric space, we will explore limiting beliefs and engage in a practice called Melting the Old Story. We will also train your memory with a fun game called the Symbol Grid.

Week 3 – Inner Sight & Crystal Wisdom

This week we will explore a tapping technique to activate the third eye and deepen awareness of the body’s subtle energy centres. I will then guide you to connect with the energy and wisdom of crystals.

Week 4 – Discovering Your Main Intuitive Languages

In this session, after our warm-up and breath practice, we will continue with intuitive vision exercises, followed by a guided journey to identify your primary and secondary intuitive languages.

Week 5 – Sacred Directions

We will open with a warm-up, breathwork, and a guided meditation to slow down your brain waves and open intuitive channels. The focus of this session will be on the four cardinal directions and their unique intuitive wisdom.

Week 6 – Heart Resonance & Decision Compass

This week you will connect with your heart resonance, leading into a practice called The Decision Compass. This will offer essential clues to help you make clearer, more aligned decisions in daily life.

Week 7 – Consulting Your Inner Council

We will put your inner compass into practice and enter the world of the Inner Council. This council allows you to identify and connect with various parts of yourself that all play a role in how you use intuition day to day.

Week 8 – Telepathy & Energy Threads

This week you will connect with your toroidal energy field. We will then focus on telepathic skills, learning how to sense and follow energy threads that carry emotions and thoughts.

Week 9 – Touch & Plant Communication

This session begins with developing awareness in the hands and exploring energy through energy touch. We will then move into connection with the plant realm, deepening the experience with a practice using essential oils.

Week 10 – Remote Viewing & Integration

We close the programme by refining visual perception and exploring remote viewing practices—the ability to perceive information at a distance. We will complete the programme with an anchoring practice to ground your new skills and integrate them into daily life.
