Online Workshop Sunday 17th of January 2027 5 pm to 7.00 pm WEST (Portugal/UK/Ireland time) 12 pm EDT – 9 am PDT
Modern physics tells us that what appears to be solid matter is, at its deepest level, mostly space and energy. Many contemporary teachers, including Joe Dispenza, encourage us to explore a different way of relating to reality: What if our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and state of consciousness play a far greater role in shaping our lives than we have ever imagined?
What if you are not a passive observer of your life, but an active participant in its unfolding? This workshop is an invitation to explore the relationship between consciousness, intention, and matter through one of the most extraordinary experiential practices: spoon bending.
Spoon bending offers a playful yet profound doorway into exploring a different relationship with reality. It invites you to move beyond force and effort into presence, coherence, trust, and possibility. You do not need special gifts or psychic abilities. Spoon bending is an art that anyone can learn by approaching it with curiosity, openness, and practice.
• Explore the principles behind spoon bending and the art of creating one’s reality • Be guided through a process to cultivate the state of consciousness, inner coherence, and energy that support spoon bending. • Explore how self-limiting beliefs influence what you perceive to be possible, and be guided through a practice to gently release them. • Experience two guided spoon-bending journeys, giving you the opportunity to deepen your experience and integrate the process.
The replay will be available for 4 weeks after the event if you can’t attend live or if you would like to revisit the material.
In previous workshops, around 80% of first-time participants bent a spoon during the session.
While the experience of bending a spoon can be extraordinary, the true purpose of the workshop is not the spoon itself. It is discovering a different relationship with possibility, trusting your own consciousness, and exploring what becomes available when you step beyond the limits of what you believe is possible.
What’s included?
✔ Access to this 2-Hour Workshop via Zoom link ✔ Access to the replay for 4 weeks after the event ✔ A downloadable Audio to continue practising spoon bending as many times as you like
You will need 2 spoons for this workshop. If you can find some, bring spoons made of relatively thin, soft metal. (Old spoons from flea markets, spoons with decorative patterns, or spoons from picnic or inexpensive cutlery sets are often softer and easier to work with.)
But there’s no need to create self-limiting beliefs here: it works with all kinds of spoons! Bring what you have.
If you need to buy the spoons, here are some suggestions: UK – ES – US
Although there is not (yet) a scientific explanation for this experience (like many of the things I teach, I seem to be attracted to these kinds of mysteries…), this is how I can try to describe what happens: During the meditation, I will guide you to gather and build up a strong amount of energy within a very small space: the specific spot on the spoon that you wish to bend. For a short moment, usually just a few seconds, a sort of “portal” seems to open where the metal softens. Most people experience something happening in their body, a shift in the field. Some describe this moment as an altered state of consciousness, where something new suddenly becomes possible. The metal gives. And then, just as suddenly, the portal closes again and the metal hardens once more. Intention is essential in this process. It guides the energy flow into that moment in time and space where a new dimension seems to become accessible.
Can you expand the portal?
I believe that, with practice and repetition, it is possible to widely extend both the size and duration of this portal. To be fully honest with you, I am not there yet. But even a momentary experience of this phenomenon has changed my life. These bent spoons are physical reminders that there is a vast amount of power within us. The world is much broader than what our physical senses alone can perceive. In my opinion, the recognition and conscious use of this power is one of the fundamental keys to our future.
How will you know it is not bent by strength?
It is a bit hard to answer this question with words. When you feel it, you know it. One suggestion, if you are the research-oriented type and have enough spare spoons: try bending two similar spoons. Bend one using physical strength, and the other using intention.
You will notice several distinctions:
The amount of effort involved is different.
The time it takes is different.
The bends or loops created look different.
What is the point of bending a spoon?
In my personal experience, it has brought me a deeper sense of awe toward life and mystery. It nourishes the innate knowing that true power comes from within. It can also strengthen self-confidence and provide a satisfying sense of achievement. And finally, it helps widen consciousness, inviting us to relate to the world with a grounded sense of trust: the feeling that we are held by something much greater than ourselves, far beyond the limits of the rational mind, and that we can soften and relax into that.
